Mount Hua

This is Huashan, or Mount Hua, and it is located in Shaanxi, China.

The mountain was formed 120 million years ago and consists entirely of granite.

Visitors can experience the Huashan Plank Walk, renowned as one of the world’s most dangerous hikes.

Suspended over 2000 meters in the air, it offers nothing but a 30-centimeter wide plank and a chain to keep you from falling into a bottomless abyss. It’s a one-way walk, so once visitors start the hike, they can’t go back.
